Bursting at the seams...

You may be thinking that since it is still February that I would be bursting with love...

well you'd be wrong.

Now I know that I said I would only blog about all things lovely this month but we are more than half way through and lets be honest I am human and my life isn't perfect and I quite frankly do not feel loving all of the time.

So why am I bursting at the seams you ask?

a. my three month old will not sleep more than 30min at a time during the day.... (there is so much more to this but I will keep it simple)

b. my three month old has stopped sleeping through the night

c. I am running on very little low quality sleep most days

e. since I have these frustrating feelings I am turning to chocolate (or really any sugar in the house) for that good feeling I stand in need of

f. I have not gone to the gym in like a year! so my clothes feel like they are bursting at the seams as well

g. I am in need of some good quality sans little boy time, filled with peace and quite, maybe a couple pillows and a good head massage....

okay so I feel like I could go on, but I won't.

why wont my boy sleep during the day? I know he wants to cause he is awfully cranky otherwise.

HELP! I am losing it.

I love that my little boy got blessed on Sunday, and all the people who came to support us. Not the best picture it was the end of the day and he was hungry.

I love taking pictures of these 2 even though both of their eyes are telling me I better not... haha, suckers.

So I was looking through some of my older posts and realized I have never celebrated my mans birthday on here.

...that lov'in feel'in

So February is "the Love month" some might call it. I have not ever been a fan of the whole valentines day thing ever, until this year really. I want to decorate and make heart shaped cookies and tell everyone how much I love them. We'll see if I actually end up decorating but heart shaped cookies are a must!

Since it is the month of love I have decided to do only posts of things I love for this month (that is if there are more posts than just this one...).

So one of the things I love right now is that this Sunday we are going to be blessing our Mr.Magoo, so that means our family and quite a few friends are coming this weekend to visit, hooray! I love having people come visit me.

Another thing I love is that this Saturday is Jared's birthday, and I just love celebrating that guy I think he is pretty awesome.

Also my George Forman grill because it made me an awesome turkey panini style sandwich today for lunch, did I mention it was awesome. I even considered taking a picture, but I ate it to quickly, oops.

Oh and one more thing I am lov'in these days, Mr.Magoo has been sleeping 7-8 hours a night for like the last 3 weeks! Love it.

food Blogs.

So I have decided that I am totally obsessed over good food blogs, if you look down the right side of my blog you will I have added some new sites to my "sites I like" list (ie. the Ivory Hut, the Pioneer Woman) and I have to say these woman have awesome ideas on what to put in your belly!

Since I always see good food on the web but never make it cause I can't remember where to find it I started a folder in my computer for recipes which I will print off and create my own binder of recipes I like/want to try out. I already have a ton in my folder and will be printing them off soon.

I seriously could just browse through food blogs all day, which really since I need to feed my family and who really likes the same old meals all the time, I figure it's not THAT big of a waste of time (ok so maybe just a little bit).

mmmmm food, now to go do up a grocery list so I can make all my new yummy food... starting with Nutella chip cookies courtesy of the Ivory Hut.

Changin' it up...

So some may notice that my header looks different, I want to switch it up and took a risk by replacing my old header, and cannot get it back. Hopefully I will figure out how to make it look good, sometimes I feel limited with blogger as to my options for headers and what not, any one else feel that way?

Oh well, the only way I'll learn is through trial and error, right? For now I am trying to get google to help me out...
